1. If you missed the meeting, come by the Guidance Office to get a packet to see what products are available. You have to order a cap and gown in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.
2. Graduate Services will be back on Tuesday, October 29 to take orders at lunch. You will have to pay your $80 deposit at this time. You can pay by cash, check, money order, or credit card. After you pay your deposit you can make payments on your balance until invitations are delivered in the Spring.
3. Make sure your name is spelled correctly on your order form. This will be the name that is listed on your invitations. Please do not use any nicknames or slang terms. Boys should not use "Mr./King/Sir."
4. Double check the height and weight information on your order form-we do not want anyone to have a gown that doesn't fit properly.
5. If you didn't fill out the information sheet during the meeting, you can return it to the Guidance Office. Graduate Services will use this information to communicate with you about important dates and deadlines.
